L/S/X band Feed for Orbit Antenna

The design and deployment of a feed for a 5 meter orbit antenna model AL-4034 has been completed.

The old feed operated in circular polarization in L band only (1100 MHz – 1600 MHz). The new feed designed by Sicilsat Communications works in the L/S/X bands. The L-band (1100 MHz to 1600 MHz) is RX only and dual circularly polarized. The S-band (2200 MHz to 2300 MHz) works in RX and TX is dual circularly polarized and monopulse. The X-band (8000 MHz to 8500 MHz) is RX only and dual circularly polarized.
